Q. How do I make payments on my loan?
Automatic (Recurring) Payment: Sign into your account online. Go to the Autopay Setup tab. Check the Enabled button to enable the draft authorization. Input payment information requested and indicate if funds are to draft from checking or savings. Click Submit. Review Autopay terms for accuracy. This will set up payments to be automatically debited from your checking or savings account on a monthly, reoccurring, basis. There is no charge for this service. One-time direct debit payment: You may make a payment online by requesting a one-time debit from your bank account, for a nominal fee. To use this service sign into your account online. Click on the Make A Payment tab. Select payment method and click Next. Input payment information requested and indicate if funds are to draft from checking or savings. Indicate that the terms have been read and accepted and click the Submit button. By phone: Call us at 1-888-960-8063 to make a payment by phone. Phone payments may be made by check or debit card for a nominal fee.
Q. How do I get a current payoff amount for my loan?
Your payoff balance can be viewed online by logging into your account. The balance quoted is good for ten days to allow time for the payoff to be received and posted to your account.

Q. How do I request relief during my time of military service?

Q. How long will it take to get my title once I have paid off my loan?
The time it takes to receive your title varies. Once the final payment has been received by Foursight Capital, the title could be released in as little as ten business days. Your state’s title processing requirements also may affect the outcome as some states process titles electronically, while others states do not.
Q. How do I change my name on my account?
Please send a written request to change your name on your account with the proper legal documents that supports the request for the change of name. Documents needed are as follows:
- Marriage license/Divorce decree/Certificate of domestic partnership
- Copy of updated Social Security card
- Copy of updated Driver?s License
Q. How do I get the title to my vehicle so that I can sell it?
Foursight Capital will only release a title or its equivalent when the loan is paid in full.
Q. My vehicle was in an accident and the insurance has said my vehicle is a Total Loss. How do I file a claim with my GAP insurance?
Please refer to your GAP policy for specific information on coverage and how to file a claim. If you do not have the GAP policy, please contact the dealer you purchased from to obtain a copy.
Q. If I move to a different state how do I get a copy of my title to register my vehicle?
