This team takes inbound calls to assist customers with a wide variety of questions including refunds, payment dates, and terms and conditions of their loan.

The role of this team is to contact customers who are between 21-54 days delinquent on their loan. They resolve the delinquency through due date changes, extensions, and payment plans.

This team does late-stage collections, which is any loan over 55 days past due. Their role is to resolve the delinquency or bring the account back down to account management. If a resolution is not possible, they move the accounts to repossession.

Before processing the vehicle, this team will attempt to reach out to the customer one final time. If a resolution does not take place, they will use skip tracing to find the vehicle and work with vendors to pick up the car.

After a car has been repossessed and sold at auction, this team will deduct the amount the car sold for from the outstanding balance of the load. They will the reach out to customers to collect the remaining balance.

This team works with the DMV to obtain title information. They will also transfer titles to customers who have paid off their loans.

Acting as the main point of contact for dealerships, this team travels and visits dealerships to tell them more about our programs. They act as the face of Foursight Capital.

After the loan application goes through a rating scorecard, our Underwriters double check for any flexibility we can offer. They then either send the loan to verifications for final approval, or Dealer Development to rehash the deal.

This team acts as backend Marketers. They work with the Dealer relationship Managers to build and maintain relationships with dealerships. They also work with underwriting and credit bureaus in reviewing loan applications.
